Christian Genson

Christian was first introduced to CrossFit in high school. His passion for helping others lead to him teaching high school mathematics. By combining his passion for teaching and his love for CrossFit, Christian left education to change other people’s lives through their health and fitness. He mentors coaches from all around the world to help them level up their coaching and build a professional career. He simultaneously pushes you to be your best and not take yourself too seriously.

Kayla Genson

Growing up, Kayla played for fun despite being benched. In 2013, she found CrossFit and that all changed. “Learning how to move my body and seeing what I’m capable of has been such a cool journey.” Kayla loves seeing others accomplish feats they never thought they could do. “I have a special place in my heart for all the people who walk in the door that thought they couldn’t do CrossFit.”

Kayla is an experienced nutrition coach that will help you learn how to eat healthy, build habits that work for you, have a healthy relationship with food and your body, and NEVER diet again!

Chris Rivers

Chris spent many years in and out of the gym struggling to find his “place”. Once introduced to CrossFit by a friend he fell in love with it and hasn’t looked back. After only a year he went and achieved his Level 1 CrossFit training. Looking to the future, he plans to take his Level 2 and become CrossFit Judge certified to continue his passion in helping others “Get Better”
